Original from Taiwan – We source our Dong Ding from Mr. Huang, who has recently taken over the operation of his father. He was one of the first sustainably working tea farmers in Taiwan. Deep-flavour: the Dong Ding Oolong has a complex, roasty and sweet taste. The finish presents a fruity note, which remains in the mouth for a long time. Hand-picked – during the harvest season in spring, the leaves are lovingly picked and processed by hand. We attach great importance to ensuring that the pickers are fairly remunerated Best quality – we know every farm and farmer personally and work directly with them to offer the best teas from Asia. Sustainably sourced and best quality Preparation – This oolong can be infused at least 4 times!
