Amazon Extra virgin olive oil, derived from the only plants that grow in the vicinity of the Seraphic City of Saint Francis: Assisi Intense, fruity oil with scents of cut grass and artichoke, full and enveloping taste. Cold pressed from olives of at least 60% of Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio varieties, very green and fresh. The olives are ground only 4 hours after the end of the daily harvest. The olive pulp is kept at an average temperature of about 18° during the entire extraction cycle. Extraction is carried out using machines in a continuous cycle and DMF ultrasonic technology to avoid straining the product, which is then completely filtered.
