High Mountain Honey is a natural product made from nectar collected by bees in the mountains at an altitude of more than 1000 meters above sea level, where all kinds of flowers and herbs are rarely exposed to human interference or pollution. Natural honey can crystallize over time. It is recommended to place the jar in warm water to restore its original fluidity. The aroma of this honey is intense and persistent, with memories of deciduous forests, humus and mushrooms, accompanied by notes of licorice and mint. In a liquid state, this honey has a dark amber color with some reddish hue. As a result of the natural process of crystallization, which occurs naturally and irregularly, honey acquires a brown hue.
