Fusilli Pasta Tirrena 500 g

Fusilli Tirrena Frescobaldi is a highly digestible semi-wholemeal durum wheat granulated paste. Pasta Tirrena was born in Tuscany, in the best terroir for the cultivation of ancient grains, thanks to the combination of fresh soils, mild climate and breezes of the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is an unrefined paste, rich in fiber, polyphenols and vitamins and highly digestible. The ancient grain varieties used are Senatore Cappelli, Khorasan and Evoldur. The paste is drawn into bronze and then slowly dried at temperatures below 38°C from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 6 days. In addition to the characteristic hazelnut colour and wheat scent, it gives them a high digestibility and an extraordinary ability to absorb condiments.
