This method of drying with air circulation at low temperature is more beneficial - more nutrients are retained and the colour is very close to natural. Slowly dried chanterelles last much longer than the fresh chanterelles. In addition, slowly dried chanterelles retain most nutrients and taste good with the dishes you would use fresh chanterelles for. Chanterelles are hand-picked in Lithuania, dried and carefully packaged according to European Union standards. Chanterelles are carefully sorted and packaged in transparent and recyclable packaging.
