The salt harvested in this way is 100% natural and is bottled without any processing. Due to the elaborate harvest, only very limited amounts of this unique salt are available. Origin: Crete, Eastern Coast, Zakros Region Period: harvest June - end of August - 160 g. In fine glass Delicate, bright white crystals, particularly crispy, aromatic and mild.
