The elegant vineyard snails from Feinkost Dittmann of the Art Helix Lucorum, French Escargot Turc, are characterised by their particularly soft flesh. The Escargots are exclusively collectible snails that come from their natural habitats of southern Europe. So no breeding or fattening snails are used and the natural food gives them a particularly fine aroma.
