For fruit and fruit tarts: the vegan gelatin spray can be used as an alternative on a fruit cake to avoid thick layers of gelatin. It easily maintains freshness and shine of fruit and prevents the fruit from darkening. Instructions - The gelling agent can be sprayed directly on fruits or cakes. Unlike conventional gelatine, it does not require a long stir or a thick layer, the vegan jelly can be applied very finely.
