EMPHASER ECP-M6-E2 - 6.5" 2-Way Component System, 120W Speaker Powerful 6.5 inch sound system for cars and motorhomes, door installation, with 25 mm aluminium tweeter, crossover

The 16.5 cm/6.5 inch component system ECP-M6 Edition 2 is the new top model of the MONOLITH series from EMPHASER – with its precise, dynamic reproduction, this is the optimal front sound system for installation in the doors. The clean, crisp bass foundation and the enormous level capabilities owes the car speaker to the powerful 100 x 15 mm ferrite magnet, the heavy-duty 30 mm swing coil and the 6 mm thick, plane-milled pole plate of the woofer. The woofer's aluminium-paper hybrid diaphragm combines high attenuation and rigidity as well as a direct step response known for hard diaphragms for highly detailed music playback. The diaphragm strength provides the stability for heavy bass attacks and the necessary lightness for precise and natural sounding mids. The durable butyl surround in M design ensures that the ECP-M6-E2 performs precisely even at high levels and thus high membrane deflections. The tweeter with 25 mm aluminium membrane plays precisely and in love with detail up to 40 kHz. The dome geometry provides an even polar pattern for excellent sound in a wide range of installation situations. In addition to the low weight of the membrane, surround and voice coil, the deliberate absence of the use of Ferrofluid is responsible for the fact that the tweeter plays very vividly, spatially and without discolouration. For increased installation comfort, the crossovers have been divided into four separate housings for the tweeter and the low frequency branch. This allows easy installation on the original installation location. The switch components have a high quality to affect the music signal as little as possible. Especially in the direct signal path, only air coils, film capacitors and MOX resistors are used. The tweeter level adjustment in two steps is done via a solid jumper.
