SPECIALTY GRADE RATING: Our premium coffee scores 83 out of 100 points in the SCA coffee rating. SCA stands for Specialty Coffee Association. This certification is awarded to only a few specialty coffee makers that meet their stringent technical requirements based on proper water temperature, brewing time and ability to brew within SCA Golden Cup recommendations. 100% ARABICA COFFEE - Costa Rica is the only country in the world where only 100% Arabica coffee is grown. Volcanic soil allows deep drainage that is perfect for mineral access to the plants, resulting in full flavor coffee beans. FRESH ROASTING: El Gusto's premium coffee beans are freshly roasted and then immediately packed in three-layer aluminium bags with valves to ensure the freshest quality of the whole bean coffee.
