TRADITION & CULTURE Our Chun Mee tea is originally from Zhejiang province and looks back on a rich history that dates back to the Ming Dynasty in the 17th century. Processing and shape: after steaming and sun drying, the tea leaves are carefully rolled, giving them their characteristic slightly curved shape. Translated, Chun Mee means "precious eyebrow". Taste and colour: with an aroma that combines floral and grassy nuances, the tea offers a subtle balance of gentle sweetness and light herb. Once infused, it unfolds a bright yellow-green colour reminiscent of fresh spring leaves. Ecology and fairness: made from 85 g of the finest green tea from controlled organic cultivation, we are committed to fair producer prices and sustainable, ecological cultivation. Perfect preparation: for the ideal enjoyment, pour 1 teaspoon of Chun Mee tea with water at 80°C and let it brew for 2-3 minutes to unfold its full variety of aromas.
