The Carolina Reaper is the current guinness world record holder as the hottest chilli in the world with an average spiciness of 1,569,300 SHU but with peaks reaching 2,200,000 SHU. Obtained from the cross between a naga morich and a habanero, in addition to its devastating spiciness it is characterized by a decisive fruity aroma. It takes its name from the state of South Carolina, where it was hybridized by Ed Currie. 100% Chilli Drying at a controlled temperature of 50° without altering the colour, aroma and spiciness of our chili peppers.
