Presents a clean and luminous appearance. Its color varies depending on the time of harvest, from intense green at the beginning of the season to golden hues as the months pass. Aroma: It has an intense and fruity aromatic profile with notes of freshly cut grass and fresh olive. It offers a rich complexity with nuances reminiscent of fruits such as banana and apple and is also present almond, as well as vegetable notes of tomato.
