A FRESH TO STORE – In order to guarantee you a fresh caviar delivered on time, a customer service agent will contact you within hours of your order to arrange a delivery date. The package is delivered by hand by Chronofresh. Once received, put your can of caviar in the fridge and store it at 0-4°C. The DDM (date of minimum durability) is 2 months. TASTING TIPS – Take out your can of caviar 5 minutes before serving. Arrange it on a bed of ice that will preserve its freshness throughout the tasting. Prefer a mother-of-pearl mouthpiece that will not break the grains and risk oxidation. Consume within 48 hours. A VARIOUS EGG RANGE – Tasting caviar is a unique culinary experience.
