It is characterized by the balance of textures and flavors: both firm and delicate beans with moderately iodized notes and deep colors with amber and bronze undertones. A FRESHNESS TO MAINTAIN - In order to ensure the caviar fresh and delivered on time, a customer service agent can contact you within 24 hours after confirming the order. Once received, put your caviar box in the refrigerator and store it between 0 and 4°C. TASTING TIPS - Take out the caviar box 5 minutes before serving. Place it on a bed of ice that will retain its freshness throughout the tasting. Prefer a mother-of-pearl appetizer spoon that will not break the beans or risk oxidation. Consume within 48 hours.
