Measure the maximum thigh circumference at the top. Make sure the tape stick well on bare skin without being too loose or too tight. If the measurement is between two different sizes, we suggest you choose the smaller size. HOW TO CARRY? Wear the bands in direct contact with the skin, on dry and clean skin for a better grip. Do not use any type of cream or body lotion on the thighs before using the bands, as they can alter the adhesion of silicone to the skin, no longer sticking. After each use it is recommended to wash them with cold water preferably by hand, while it is not recommended to tumble dry.
