HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE? Measure the maximum circumference of the thigh at the top. Make sure the tape measure fits perfectly on bare skin, without being too loose or too tight. If the measurement is halfway between two different sizes, we advise you to choose the smaller one. HOW TO WEAR THEM Wear the bands in direct contact with the skin, on clean, dry skin for better adhesion. Do not use cream or body lotion on the thighs before wearing the bands, this may affect the adhesion of silicone to the skin and risk that it will no longer adhere. After each use, it is recommended to wash them in cold water, preferably by hand, and avoid drying.
