Origin and Plantation Yunnan is an area in the mountains in southwest China. The coffee grows there in mild climate on the slopes. Yunnan is the largest coffee growing area in China, accounting for over 95% of China's total coffee harvest. Here is also the farm for our unique China Fengmi Dragon coffee. The cultivation is organic, the young plants are fertilised, e.g. with coffee bowls. Currently, the procedure for an application for Fairtrade is also ongoing. Character and taste This perfect coffee is characterised by its elegant, balanced body. It tastes incomparably aromatically sweet and reminiscent of honey and hazelnut. Let yourself be impressed by this unique coffee! Features: In recent years, both the production and consumption of coffee in China has grown in the double-digit percentage range and a slowdown is not in sight. It is estimated that China produces more coffee than Kenya and Tanzania combined. Coffee is predominantly grown in the province of Yunnan. Yunnan is traditionally a tea region where the well-known and renowned Pu-erh tea is harvested.
