Immediately afterwards they are dried and packaged in a way preserving their aroma. HOW? | If you prepare the herbal tea in portions, a heaped teaspoon of nettle leaves is sufficient. Simply pour 150 ml boiling water onto the herbs, cover for 10 minutes and then pour through a sieve into a cup. OUR TIP | Young, fresh nettle leaves slightly remind of the taste of spinach. You can also use the tender leaf shoots like young spinach and prepare salad for example.
