HOW? | The tea, which you can easily prepare from the dried roots similarly to making herbal tea, is suitable for drinking as well as for external application as an infusion. OUR TIP | In a small pot, pour boiling water over one to two teaspoons of nettle root. After infusing for five minutes, pour the infusion through a strainer into a cup.
