Amazon Ceremony Quality Matcha - Bright green silky powder with deep umami and gentle sweetness for Usucha, Matcha Latte and baking. First harvest from Japan - From tea leaves of the first harvest (First Flush) from Shizuoka, Kagoshima and other well-known tea regions of Japan, traditionally finely ground on stone. Preparation – For Usucha, sieve about 2 g into a bowl, 70 ml of water of approx. 80 °C and quickly beat in a zigzag foamy. For matcha latte, mix with a little hot water and add milk. CONTENTS AND STORAGE - 20g in 10 2g portion sticks, ideal for on the go, enough for 10 bowls of 2g ingredient: green tea (matcha). Store in a cool and dry place and close well after use.
