It consists of a high-quality stainless steel shaft, a concrete body and a wooden mill head with an adjustment screw. On the adjustment screw, the mill is marked with an S = salt. The mill is not dishwasher safe. Easy to use: the grinding level can be adjusted infinitely, for a finer degree, turn the screw clockwise for a coarser counterclockwise. Filling the spice mill is absolutely uncomplicated. By loosening the adjustment screw, the beech wood knob can be removed and the mill can be filled with coarse sea salt.
