The mill is not dishwasher safe. Easy to use: the grinding level can be adjusted infinitely, for a finer degree, turn the screw clockwise for a coarser counterclockwise. Filling the spice mill is absolutely uncomplicated. By loosening the adjustment screw, the beech wood knob can be removed and the mill can be filled with peppercorns.
