Amazon Anchovies caught in the Cantabrian Sea and produced in Zumaya (Guipuzcoa, Basque Country) by the famous cannery Nardín. Nice size fillets prepared with cured Cantabrian anchovies whose bones and skins are removed by hand. Only the highest quality anchovies, Engraulis Encrasicolus, purchased at the Getaria auction, directly from the fishermen who catch them in the Gulf of Biscay are used. They are caught with purse seine at the best time, during the spring months. Net weight: 210 g, drained weight: 120 g.
