Harvesting takes place after honeydew (nectar production). Light in colour, slightly milky, Albert Ménès Lavender Honey is exceptional. Its fragrance at first, directly recalls the essences of lavender flowers and Provence. Then, its taste, while finesse, releases one by one the aromatic notes of this extraordinary honey. This honey is increasingly rare and sometimes we cannot satisfy all requests. Honey is a natural product whose texture can crystallize; it does not alter its quality.
