Made in Germany: only durum wheat semolina from organic agriculture is used for the production of the organic pasta orecchiette. All our products are made on the Swabian Alb with great love and craftsmanship. Ingredients: our vegan orecchiette is made from 100 percent durum wheat semolina without the addition of eggs. Sustainable packaging: our pasta is packaged sustainably in an environmentally friendly paper bag, which does not require coating. Preparation recommendation: the pasta in plenty of boiling salt water approx. Boil for 17 minutes until the desired bite resistance and then drain. The special thing about our southern Italian specialities is the hard inner core, which always makes the pasta taste al dente.
