Description
Polyestershoppen
Fibreglass woven roving is a type of glass fabric for coarse work. With woven roving you can build up layer thickness very quickly; which is ideal when a thick laminate with high strength is desired. Fibreglass woven roving is one of the cheaper glass fabrics and is used for processing flat or slightly curved surfaces.
With 600 g/m2 fibreglass woven roving you build up a laminated layer thickness of about 1 mm (resin consumption is approx. 900 g/m2). The fabric type is suitable for use in combination with polyester resin, epoxy resin and vinylester resin. Woven roving is also alternatively used with glass fibre mat to obtain higher strength. Use glass mat 300 gr/m2 for this purpose.
We also supply fibreglass woven roving in 300 gr/m2 (0.5 mm layer thickness) and 800 gr/m2 (1.4 mm layer thickness).
Benefits of fibreglass woven roving

AmazonStrong | Roving fabric is suitable for strong connections. This fabric provides thick, strong and robust constructions. This is the best way to ensure that the laminate is not damaged or worn. This product is 1 metre long and 125 cm wide. This is good for 1 sq. ft. The fabric thickness is 600 g/m². This is the best way to ensure that the surface is not covered by a polyester resin layer.
