Sherry is a fortified wine from the Jerez region of Spain, known for its wide range of styles, from dry and light to rich and sweet. The unique production process and the aging system (solera) contribute to the distinctive character and complexity of the Sherry. One bottle is enough for 100 litres. Recommendations: For grapes, apples, apricots, rose hips, currants, cherries, plums, rhubarb, gooseberries. Fermentation temperature: 10°C - 25°C Yeast can ferment up to 18%. 5 x liquid yeast bottle 28 ml 1 x sachet of oak chips (20g): medium-toasted French oak, which enhances the wine with flavors of caramel, mou, vanilla and sweetness.
