The taste is mild and delicately nutty Raw food quality: the seeds are germinated to the highest nutritional value of vitamins and minerals. This germination process multiplies the nutrients by 10-15 times. Then a special, gentle drying (45 minutes at max. 40°). ✅ Contains the neurotransmitter GABA (gamma-amino butyric acid): during the germination process, the two ingredients GABA and oryzanol multiply by 10-15 times compared to non-germinated rice. Suggested use: whether savory or sweet, our sprout rice is slightly nutty and is therefore suitable for preparing a healthy "milk" rice of a fresh bowl or an Asian wok dish.
