Ingredients: 100% organic linseed (germinated, crushed) Organic linseed - Our germinated linseed organic are obtained from ecological agriculture. They are organically certified and without additives and preservatives (without flavours, no genetic engineering, no dyes and without salt). The taste is mild and delicately nutty. Raw food quality: the seeds are germinated to the highest nutritional value of vitamins and minerals. This germination process multiplies the nutrients by 10-15 times. Then a special, gentle drying (45 minutes at max. 40°). The subsequently gently ground organic seed mixture is obtained from ecological agriculture. It is organically certified and without additives and preservatives (without flavours, no genetic engineering, no dyes and without salt). Omega 3 fatty acids - Our germinated linseeds are rich in unsaturated omega 3 fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid ALA). This keeps the blood vessels flexible and prevents vascular constriction. In addition, Omega 3 contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels in the blood. Suggested use: mix 1 tablespoon per day into the shake, yoghurt or cereal.
