Obtained from low pressure cooker to preserve the natural characteristics and aromas of the ingredients. Intense red colour, opening with tomato scent. Velvety texture alternating with the fleshy texture of tuna, naturally sweet, slightly spicy flavor with capers and parsley aroma.
