SUITABLE FOR BALDWIN LOCKS: This lock jig is compatible with two sizes of Baldwin locks, with faceplate sizes of 20mm x 235mm or 24mm x 235mm and mortise sizes of 17mm x 170mm. FAST AND ACCURATE RESULTS: With this lock jig, you can achieve fast, clean, and accurate results on doors that are 34mm to 58mm thick, even in hardwood. ADAPTOR PLATE INCLUDED: An adaptor plate is included with this lock jig to allow smaller templates to be fitted, as supplied with the standard LOCK/JIG. COMPLETE ROUTING: This jig allows for precise routing of the faceplate and mortise for larger locks, ensuring proper fit and functionality. INCLUDED/REQUIRED TOOLS: This lock jig comes with a ½” shank TCT router bit and 30mm screw-on style guide bush. However, an auger bit and drill are required to complete deep mortises and the jig requires a router with 80mm plunge.
