MATERIALS: Made from aluminium with anodised graphite colour finish together with stainless steel handles, it’s both abrasion resistant and resistant to high temperatures, as well as conducting heat quickly and evenly. IDEAL FOR BBQ: A flatter base than a conventional wok means a bigger area is in contact with the hot grill, but it still has sloping sides to stir and toss the food quickly and easily, and small holes allow an element of charring, a smoky flavour to pass through to the food and a release of mixed juices and fats when cooking different foods together.
