A set of barbell and dumbbell is perfect for effective strength and fitness training. Our 90 kg dumbbell set consists of a 1.6 m barbell bar with two spring locks, two dumbbell bars, four spinlock collars and 90 kg weight plates made of 4 x 2.5 kg, 6 x 5 kg, 2 x 10 kg, 2 x 15 kg. The weight plates are made of high-quality plastic and dimensionally stable cement filling. The robust and floor-friendly material guarantees a long service life even with regular use, and ensures noise-dampened settling. This means training without annoying noises. The interlocking gears minimise the annoying rotation of the weight plates on the bar. The hole diameter of the discs is approx. 30mm The chrome-plated 1.6 m barbell bar is made of hollow steel, weighs approx. 3 kg and is up to max. 75 kg. The grip surface of the dumbbell bar is knurled and non-slip. The two included spring locks ensure quick change of the weight plates and a secure attachment. The 45 cm long dumbbell bar is made of hollow steel and weighs approx. 1.2 kg. The handles are covered with non-slip plastic and provide a secure grip during training. The chrome-plated holders for weight plates are equipped with thread. With 4 spinlock collars, the weight plates can be securely and easily attached. The diameter of the dumbbell bar is approx. 30 mm, which fits almost all standard weight plates with 30 mm hole diameter. The weight plates can be added or removed as needed to adjust the weight for training. The weight plates are available in different weight gradations from 1.25 kg to 15 kg.
