Our plastic/cement weight plates are an ideal choice for intensive and effective strength training. The ergonomically shaped grip surface with rounded edges ensure a firm and comfortable grip when handling. This makes it easier and safer to put on and take off the weight plates/s from the barbell bar. The interlocking gears minimise the annoying rotation of the weight plates on the bar. The weight plates from Train Hard are made of high-quality plastic and dimensionally stable cement filling. The robust and floor-friendly material guarantees a long service life even with regular use, and ensures noise-dampened settling. This means training without annoying noises. Our weight plates have a uniform hole diameter of approx. 30/31 mm, which fit almost all standard dumbbell bars with 30 mm diameter, whether long, short or curl bars.
