TPU Filament 1.75mm, kexcelled 1kg Spool (2.2lbs), Flexible 3D Printing Filament, Shore 95A, Soft +/- 0.05 mm, Excellent Elasticity, Black

FLEXIBLE WITH SHORE 95A: Kexcelled TPU K7 95A is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) based filament specially engineered to work on most direct-extruders. It has a shore hardness of 95A and can stretch more than 5 times its original length. TPU K7 95A is a multifunctional elastomer with unique properties. It has excellent abrasion resistance, tear resistance, oil and solvent resistance EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE: Kexcelled has a closed-loop control system and near-freezing point cooling technology, which is the industry's leading elastomer wire diameter control technology. Effectively reduce the printing failure rate and the layer pattern caused by uneven wire diameter. The surface of the product is smoother. The moisture before processing is strictly controlled to reach a level of less than 500ppm. This allows the printed parts to maintain excellent mechanical properties WIDE COMPATIBIlITY & DIMENSIONAL ACCURACY: High stability, high hardness and abrasion resistance, low hardness and high resilience, medium hardness for a wide range of applications.TPU K7 is a range of elastomeric consumables for FDM/FFF with excellent performance and stability.TPU is available in 10 different hardnesses in terms of hardness, maximum deformation, density, abrasion resistance, etc., which can be used to satisfy the different needs of printed products LESS-TANGLE AND EASY TO USE:Full mechanical winding and strict manual examination, to make sure the line tidy and less-tangle, so as to avoid possible snap and line breaking; Larger spool inner diameter design makes feeding smoother PACKAGING & AFTER-SALES: The vacuum packaging design prevents dust and keeps the filament dry. Kexcelled is committed to providing better customer services and 3D printing guidance
