Amazon Fukuoka style Tonkotsu soup concentrate with a rich pork based profile and mild, savory depth. Imported from Japan and suitable for ramen bowls with pasta, toppings and vegetables. Preparation: bring 270 to 400 ml of water to a boil. Add the contents of a sachet (45 g) into the hot water (adjust according to preference: concentrated or lighter). Stir well until completely dissolved. Pour over cooked ramen noodles and add toppings of your choice (pork, spring onion, egg, etc.). Alternative use: can also be used as a broth base for udon, hub or other Japanese dishes, adjusting the amount of water to taste."
