Tissi Artisan Gubana - 450g

Sweet dried fruit filling with characteristic snail shape. Soft, lightweight dough ideal for breakfast or after meals. Gubana is typical of the Natisone Valleys, in Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy). The dough contains dried fruits such as nuts, raisins, pine nuts, and a small amount of grappa to flavor the dough. It is handmade and wrapped by hand.
