Inside the boot or shoe there is an integrated GORE-TEX membrane that creates a waterproof and breathable barrier. GORE-TEX membrane keeps feet dry and protected while allowing sweat to evaporate to the outside. Our waterproof footwear is made using state-of-the-art materials, treatments and processes. We start with waterproof leathers, which are treated during the tanning phase, so the seams of the shoes are welded or a waterproof and breathable inner membrane is used to keep the feet dry at all times. The tabs and zips are treated with a water-repellent coating, while the integrated gussets provide an additional barrier against water.
