One or more major components use at least 50% leather tanned in an establishment rated silver or higher by an external environmental audit. The Leather Working Group evaluates and classifies tanneries based on energy consumption, waste production and water treatment. We collected non-biodegradable PET plastic bottles, recycled them and processed them into RPET yarns (recycled polyethylene terephthalate). The result is this environmentally friendly material that allows us to make products from 50% recycled PET to almost completely reduce the environmental impact of many production processes. TimberGrip technology offers our best adhesion yet, ensuring optimal stability on any surface. It is made from 50% bio-based materials, including 3% resins from pulp waste and 47% natural rubber. From the combination of natural resins, derived from wood pulp and pulp waste, and natural rubber, we have created a sole that ensures absolute grip with every step.
