Extra virgin olive oil produced in Canena (Jaén) with green olives of the Picual variety harvested in October. It is presented in a case with an elegant lacquered glass bottle accompanied by a beautiful design inspired by the flowers of the olive tree. Thanks to its early collection, it has a concentration of natural antioxidants (polyphenols and vitamin E) up to 20 times higher than that of a ripe extra virgin olive oil. The result is an olive juice rich in aromas, fresh and green nuances and with a marked personality, a reflection of the care applied in each phase of production. Aroma: Of great aromatic complexity, on the nose stand out notes of green olives, herbaceous, fruit and floral, without losing the characteristic attributes of the Picual variety, such as green tomato and artichoke. It is complemented by hints of fresh fruits, among which pistachio and walnut stand out. Clean, elegant and fragrant. Flavor: In the mouth the same olfactory notes are perceived, appearing at the entrance the sweetness of the fruits and continuing with the green-herbaceous notes.
