No setting required - The patented "Tie Boss" cleat allows for one-handed operation. When you hoist or lower the rope, the rope will clamp in this place. To loosen simply a slight pull at an angle and it releases similar to blind USE THEM TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY - The system comes with 2 pulleys and a 1-3/8" heavy tie clip. The pulleys can all be used together in a 2 pulley system or additional pulleys can be added if more mechanical benefits are needed. The Tie Boss Jam Cleat can also be used as a tie-down strap or storage. STRONG AND DURABLE CONSTRUCTION The block and tackle are designed to hold 300 lbs. The Jam Cleat is made of durable nylon. Each pulley is small enough to be portable, but large enough to keep the rope on course and prevent tangling during storage.
