WULONG ORGANIC TEA The Sou Tsian Tea from Thés de la Pagode is an organic wulong tea grown in a small, protected highland garden in the Chinese province of Fujian. Wulong tea, or also called oolong, is in terms of oxidation between black tea that is fully oxidized and green tea that is not oxidized. In fact, for the production of Wulong tea, the tea leaves are only partially fermented.
