Can be used directly on the skin - therefore lower temperature than non-medical devices. Ready to use: no heating necessary. The plaster is activated when the pack is opened by contact with the air and heats up to approx. 42°C. Unopened for several years. 12 hours of heat: for local heat application for muscular tension. Remove the film from the adhesive strip and stick it to the body in the desired place.
