ZAATAR SEASONING – Authentic Lebanese Arabic spice blend with sumac, toasted sesame and thyme. Citrusy, toasted flavour with no heat. New recipe, now lower in salt. INGREDIENTS – Toasted sesame, sumac, thyme, oregano, marjoram and sea salt (5%). No artificial additives, no preservatives, no colourings. Contains sesame. PERFECT FOR HUMMUS, SALADS & ROASTED VEGETABLES – Also great on eggs, grilled fish, chicken skewers, lamb kafta and pita bread with olive oil. Classic Middle Eastern taste. GREAT FOR PLANT-BASED COOKING – Use on baba ghanoush, tabbouleh, roasted sweet potatoes, grilled tofu, avocado toast and flatbreads for authentic Arabic flavour.
