Koroneiki olives: for our now world-famous olive oil "Terra Creta Traditional PDO." We use the Koroneiki variety, which has been cultivated in Greece for over 3000 years. This small olive variety is particularly spicy and very aromatic. The resulting oil has a fruity aroma, a slightly peppery taste, is popular with gourmets and is one of the best olive oils in the world.
