This province is famous for its terroir, temperate climate and traditional cultivation of tea trees. Weakly oxidized (0%), this Gunpowder is 100% pure, with no added flavors, and certified organic. TRADITIONAL TEA: Gunpowder green tea, or "gunpowder tea", takes its name from the particular shape of its leaves: they are rolled into small balls that evoke grains of powder. The manufacturing method consists of wilting, rolling and then drying the leaves in order to obtain a sweet green tea, without bitterness or astringency. TASTING: The infusion has a golden color. Bright and delicate, it reveals in the mouth an intense vegetable freshness and slightly toasted notes.
