This tasting set includes 4 coffees from the award-winning coffee roasting company Mondo del Caffè. Among other things, one of the best coffee roasters in Germany (2018, 2019), roasting guild gold medals, slow food In the gift box you will find 4 packs of coffee of 250 g. Including the India Estate AA, an organic certified single origin coffee with strong taste and nuances of dark chocolate and spices. Also included in the set is the directly traded Brazil Fazenda Santana. Also a strong single origin coffee for fully automatic coffee machines with nuances of cocoa, nut and fine fruity nuances. The two remaining coffees are mixes. The house mix F.U.R.O.R.E. (100 out of 100 points at the DEG tasting) and direct import coffee. The furore is rather milder and therefore suitable for the filter as a light coffee. The direct import coffee is finely fruity and especially designed for the long cup of coffee from the portafilter or from the fully automatic machine. As a specialised roasting company for top coffee, it is particularly important for Mondo del Caffè to keep the quality of its raw products (green coffee) at a uniquely high level. At the same time, we consider ethical and social aspects in coffee production. Instead of relying on gradations or seals, we go directly to the farmers without detours and buy our green coffee. Fair and sustainable: we pay prices to farmers who move significantly above the world market level (about 2-3 times). For this we demand the very best green coffee quality and compliance with our social standards from the producers. These include: no child labour, payment of fair wages for harvesters and pickers, no exploitation, biodiversity and the absence of unnecessary chemicals and much more.
