The Swix T994 Hard Rubber Stone is a hard rubber abrasive stone designed for tuning and maintaining steel edges on alpine skis, snowboards and touring skis. It is primarily used to remove stubborn burrs after sharpening and to lightly detune the tip and tail for controlled, predictable handling. Compared to the Swix T992 Soft Rubber Stone, the harder compound provides a more aggressive finishing action while still protecting the steel edge.
