Summer truffle carpaccio, flavored

These strips of summer truffles with extra virgin olive oil are eaten as is, on toasts or to accompany a plate of cheeses. Summer truffles (Tuber aestivum) 50%, extra virgin olive oil, aroma, salt. Store dry and away from heat. Preferably drink before: see lid. After opening, keep cool and consume quickly.
